Hello, all!
I've been listening for a while, but never took the time to register on the site.

I love Celtic music, and occasionally play in 'sessions' at a local pub here in Florida, jumping in with guitar and bohdran.

on my father's side, My grandfather was full Scots, my grandmother full Irish.

That means I love all Celtic music!

That's about it for now. Happy to discuss any topic, as long as it's civil and not too contentious.

Jim,
Welcome to Celtic Radio!
Lots of good folks here. I think you'll find the discussions here are as civil as any you'll find on the net, even when folks don't agree with one another.

Howdy, Jim, from the Navajo Nation in Northern Arizona. If you love Celtic music, this is the place! Sometimes the discussions on the forums, especially political, can get intense, but everyone is pretty civil. Jump right in and post! We are looking forward to getting to know you!

Welcome aboard and have a great day!

Hello LibraryJim!

I'm new here myself (this is my first post), and am so excited to see someone with "library" in his name--I'm a library & information science grad student in California!

Do you work in one, or just really like them? smile.gif

Nice to "meet" you either way!

Cheers,
Aisha

A warm welcome from this wascally wombat just a tad north of you. I like the "library" part of your name, being a bibliophile myself. Yes, the wombat burrow is chock-ablock with books from one end to the other.

I think you'll like it here. The people all seem so friendly - even to us furry animals. wink.gif
