I think plastic surgery is only a blessing after you had a bad accident and want your face restored to minimize scars. Otherwise - you are born with it - so you should stay that way. I was not always happy with my looks but I accepted them when I grew older but I never considered surgery. Surgery is an invasive procedure and should never be a way out.

I just hope more women would see it that way and not give over their live over to a surgeon. Inner beauty is what counts. Outer beauty fades anyway. And when you are dead who is gonna look at you anyways.

Really good point, I never thought of it that way!

There's an interesting site dedicated to Awful Plastic Surgery as it applies to celebrities. Sad to see what people do to themselves in pursuit of a youthful appearance.

As a work safety warning, while they've blurred the offending parts of the photos, the current person they're analyzing is Tara Reid's botched breast augmentation. Apparently she was very drunk at some affair and during her walk down the red carpet her bossoms fell out of her dress and they analyze what bad things the surgeon did.

Interesting site if you're interested in learning how to tell if people have had various surgeries. The lip collagen's gotta go though.
