Does anyone know of some good places to find Celtic fonts? I'd like to expand my font library a bit, and would love to include some Celtic fonts that I may not already have (I have 4 or 5 now).

Thanks

There's a book out that makes its rounds about the ren faires and highland games from Dover Press called "24 Celtic and Medieval Display Fonts". It's the book and a CD that has all the fonts in question. They're public source, so they can be used freely.

Shamalama...when I try to extract the files, I'm told there are no files to extract. (?)

And urian, I downloaded the Cry Uncial from 1001fonts. Thanks.

Sekhmet..I'll look into that book. Thank you!

That's strange. I just d/l'ed it from here and extracted the 7 .ttf files. I'm using WinZip 9.0 if that makes any difference.

Strange. I tried it again, and I get a message that "The Compressed (zipped) file is invalid or corrupted". Guess I'm out of luck for now. I'll keep trying.

What do you use all the fonts for Avonlea22? I can use them in scrapbooking. They are neat. thumbs_up.gif
