A great battle will commence soon and we invite you all to come join us. Big or small, you can all get involved!

Just drop your name here if you wish to participate in this battle; those who do not should not be attacked, (unless it is just part of normal game play mind you).

All current discussion about this battle are being discussed in the battle simulation thread. Please go there for any details related to this matter.

From Tour Egypt website: In Southern Africa, the name for an Egyptian vulture is synonymous with the term applied to lovers, for vultures like pigeons are always seen in pairs. Thus mother and child remain closely bonded together. Pairing, bonding, protecting, loving are essential attributes associated with a vulture. Because of its immense size and power and its ability to sore high up in the sky, the vulture is considered to be nearer to God who is believed to reside above the sky. Thus the qualities of a vulture are associated with Godliness. On the other hand the wide wingspan of a vulture may be seen as all encompassing and providing a protective cover to its infants. The vulture when carrying out its role as a mother and giving protection to its infants may exhibit a forceful nature whilst defending her young. All these qualities inspired the imagination of the Ancient Egyptians. They adopted what seemed to them at the time to be motherly qualities, the qualities of protecting and nurturing their young. -- Ma-Wetu, The Kiswahili-Bantu Research Unit for the Advancement of the Ancient Egyptian Language

Vulture by Robinson Jeffers
I had walked since dawn and lay down to rest on a bare hillside
Above the ocean. I saw through half-shut eyelids a vulture wheeling
high up in heaven,
And presently it passed again, but lower and nearer, its orbit
narrowing,
I understood then
That I was under inspection. I lay death-still and heard the flight-
feathers
Whistle above me and make their circle and come nearer.
I could see the naked red head between the great wings
Bear downward staring. I said, "My dear bird, we are wasting time
here.
These old bones will still work; they are not for you." But how
beautiful
he looked, gliding down
On those great sails; how beautiful he looked, veering away in the
sea-light
over the precipice. I tell you solemnly
That I was sorry to have disappointed him. To be eaten by that beak
and
become part of him, to share those wings and those eyes--
What a sublime end of one's body, what and enskyment; what a life
after death.

Oh my Dear Lord.

Have you ever heard the sentence that "Your words describe yourself".

I had few things to add, but of course i will:

I see that your attepts to be the king of the game had failed again, and as you are unable to grow up by your own means you have to stole others, preferably weaker than you.

If i do the same with you, when you are weaker than before, (no weaker than me), you call me "vulture" and send your servants to attack me. (or maybe you go like a crybaby to ask your friends for help).

Can you see that your words describe yourself perfectly?

Maybe when you make comparisons you should read before.

I know you or your friends will continue attacking me, but what's the difference?

That's what you have always done.

It's a part of the game.

You wanted a war and you had your war.

I didn't want to participate but you practiced with me before.

Unfortunatelly for you. They just left the carrion of your clan.

Sorry if I ate some of it.

Have a nice day

P.D.

certainly it was poisoned

poor pitiful lord

you were made part of this war because you thought you could get an easy victory over a wounded army but you found out your intentions got the best of you.

Your words won't save you this time.

You are a vulture and it is not godlike it is looked at as a scavenger a picker of the dead but you picked on the wrong body for none were dead and now you are paying for it.

Just one more post.

As I had told you before once or twice, I attacked you when you were weaker than before but not weaker than me.

The vulture you describe seems alike you (once again your words describe yourself)

You are the one who prefers to get the workers from little kingdoms, but you can`t do it by yourself, you have to wait until your fiends do the "dirty job".

I have also been king of MK but not for taking the workers from other kingdoms, and so have done many players, but you have thief soul, you need a "mafia" to feel protected.

You think in destruction, you need to destroy others to win, "and now you are paying for that" (your words describe you fully).

Maybe if you train less soldiers and build more you also could be the first if that's what you want.

Buy sadly you think like a thief.

My words won't save me this time from what exactly?

From you?

Alone?

I don't belive.

From you and your friends maybe.

As you can see my Lord...

I still can write.

Why do you think I need armies to fight.

(stupid question)

Have a nice day t-warrior

I send the vulture you describe. (it's on a post)
