I watched Cold Mountain on cable ... it was ok but I would not buy it!

I did however buy the Collectors Edition of Monty Pythons Holy Grail!!!!

I laughed as hard this time as I did when if first came out !!!

We watched Timeline last night, it was entertaining. One of the best parts? Gerard Butler. Yum! naughty.gif

I just watched The Others for the third time. Very scary and yet such a classy, stylish ghost story. I love a movie with a surprise ending.

Watched Secret Window with Johnny Depp. Excellent. Was predictable, but Johnny is so great to watch, and he's easy on the eye in the process. rolleyes.gif

It's not much of a surprise after the third time, is it?

Personally, I didn't like the others. Too damn scary!!!

I saw "Mean Girls" on the plane, flying home from Reno. Pretty funny. Tina Fey, the head writer for Saturday Night Live, wrote it.

I just saw The Bourne Supremecy tonight. It was ok. I liked the first one better. I did NOT like the way it was filmed. Too much motion and jumping around.

Hubby and I were looking for something to watch tonight and we found one that we hadn't seen for awhile. The Final Countdown with Kirk Douglas, Martin Sheen, Katherine Ross and more are in it. Its about a present day military plane that goes thru the some rough weather and ends up in WW2. Very enjoyable. smile.gif

Today, I watched a movie about Selkies.........Irish/Scottish legends about seals turning into humans and mating with humans. I have the Secret of Roan Inish, but this movie I watched today was called "The Seventh Stream." I highly recommend both movies for those of you interested in Selkies and UK legends.

I just watched a French animated film called The Triplets of Belleville.

It was interesting to say the least. Interesting story line, but very well made. It has apparently won some awards, although I don't remember which ones off hand.
