It's about that time of year...at least according to the retail world.

At any rate, it bears discussing.

What, if anything, will be on the broadcast schedule for the Christmas season? I saw sometime today that Loreena McKennitt's Winter Garden CD is on the playlist array...is there anything else? Or is that a seasonal thing that doesn't go on the servers till it's time? I know I tend to put my Christmas albums and mp3 playlists on as background music throughout most of December. My daughters love it. I figured it'd be a nifty thing for here too. Kinda like we're celebrating together.

But please...PLEASE don't start playing it till after Thanksgiving! I'm feeling rushed as it is!

We have a good mix of Celtic music. About 200-300 songs with more to be added this year from Artist's CDs we have received throughout the year.

Our Celtic Christmas broadcast starts on December 1st and runs until New Years with different mixing of Christmas music. It really is very beautiful and a peaceful selection of music.

Yay!!! I am so excited about this music! Woo hoo! I love how you wil be playing up to or past new years! I'm not a big fan of hearing christmas music way before christma, but I deal. WHat I can't stand even more is when people stop playing christmas music the day after christmas day. I mean come on! It's still christmas! sheesh. Oh well, I think I complain way too much. Either way I'm excited about the Christmas Music.

There's a dear little plant that grows in our Isle
Twas St . Patrick himself, sure, that set it;
And the sun of his labour with pleasure did smile,
And with dew from his eye often wet it.
It grows through the bog, through the brake, through the
Mireland, and they call it the dear little shamrock of Ireland.

Oh boy! Christmas music! I love it! I am ready for it the night after Halloween! Okay, so I am a wee bit zealous, but I just love it and I love hearing it till New Years! Anxious to hear it all, Paul! thumbs_up.gif
