Seeing the post on things you hate to do, made me think "well, there's a lot more that I like to do than not". So here goes.

#1 Sitting in front of the fire with a hot drink

#2 Hear the fizzy sound of a Coke bottle when you first open it

#3 Reading all the replies to this post whistling.gif

Things i like to do are:Taking my dog for a walk to the beach and watch it running in around and jumping the waves.
Sitting in the churchyard on a warm summers evening and watching all the animals grazing in the fields and watching the wildlife.
Sitting with my girls on a winters evening, the curtains closed, fire on,a few snacks and watching our favourite programmes on TV.
Waiting for school to end so that i can go to the beach with my girls in the summer.
Sitting outside on a summers evening when everyone has gone to bed, sipping a glass of wine whilst looking up at the moon and stars and listening to the gentle crash of the waves upon the waves. This is a constant reminder of why i love it here so much when i'm feeling down, and the memory of it all keeps me going throughout the dark days of winter.

I'm just driving an extremely heavy piece of no-name garbage but it gets me through the woods. We have a number of trails in the woods around here and we go quite often. When the kids are older, I'm hoping to bring the bikes out west to British Columbia for some serious mountain biking.

The first feeling of my pillow before I go to sleep
Watching TV cuddle in a blanket with Ryan
Sitting in nature alone listening to the sounds of nature
Posting on this website
Editing on my AVID
Listening to music
Cooking (especially desserts)
Shopping
Much, much more...

There's a dear little plant that grows in our Isle
Twas St . Patrick himself, sure, that set it;
And the sun of his labour with pleasure did smile,
And with dew from his eye often wet it.
It grows through the bog, through the brake, through the
Mireland, and they call it the dear little shamrock of Ireland.

Visiting this website and listening to the great music (even though my roommate doesnt enjoy it as much as I do tongue.gif )
Researching my family's history
Eating chocolate
Being outside
Spending time with my family
Hanging out at the Christian coffee shop we recently got in town (yeah hot chocolate with whipped cream, hot fudge sauce and cinnamon on top!)
Etc, etc, etc . . .

[COLOR=green][SIZE=7][FONT=Courier]
This is my first posting.....hello all.
Things I love:
When my grandbaby tells me secrets for only Mimi's ears .....
Stretching out in the grass on a nice sunny day with a good book and a pint of Murphy's....
Enjoying a walk in winter late at night when no one is out and feeling the flakes and cold air hit my face......
Enjoying a session with my friends....
Christmas morning......
Hiking in Ireland........
Opening my eyes in the morning and realizing I am fortunate enough to enjoy another day of all the things I love.......
