One thing I'd like to suggest is to have a dinner on Sat night all of us together. Also everyone will have to bring folding chairs with them. When we get close to the actual event we should start a sign up list of who' s going to bring what food and drinks but that's way down the road.
Needs to be handicapped accessable. A lot of sites may not have a pavillion or such. Possibly just a central location within the site? A bonus if the campground has a pavillion or community building for the potlucks and such.

Shouldn't it be a Celtic Radio Union since we've never met before? Then the next one can be a re-union.

Compassion is the sometimes fatal capacity for feeling what it is like inside somebody else's skin. It is the knowledge that there can never really be any peace and joy for me until there is peace and joy finally for you too. - Frederick Buechner
If society prospers at the expense of the intangibles, how can it be called progress?

I tried to tell them that before, but they slapped an elastic on my beak and tossed me in the pantry.
