Hey, found this great site that made by someone from the US. Loads of good stuff there, shows you how to pronounce all the dodgy letters non-Welsh people get trouble with and so on.

Just posting because I seen an article on BBC News that some schools are teaching their pupils Elvish, which is based on Finnish and of course Welsh (mainly Welsh pronounciations).

I find it hard to believe seeing as Welsh is an official language of the UK and yet they don't take notice, and they decide to teach a made-up language?

Pob Hwyl Cymro, I think you'll find the BBC caters very well for Welsh learners try http://www.bbc.co.uk/wales/learnwelsh/ for a start.

Or perhaps you should start with http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/ rolleyes.gif

Yeh I know the BBC caters for the language but i'm criticising the teaching of Elvish at schools smile.gif
