Medieval Kingdom
Rank #74
242,514 Gold!

We have added a few more CDs today to our broadcast lineup.

Cele De - Mist On The Mountain.
The Wild Clover Band - One Token Irish Man.
The Wild Clover Band - Songs Sailors Have Sung.
The Chieftains - The Long Black Veil.

A few important notes:

The Long Black Veil comes to us from Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab. They are introducing the New Gold CD-R From Mobile Fidelity. Read more about their 24k Gold Ultradisc CD-R at: http://www.mofi.com/

The folks at Mobile Fidelity have also donated 2 Collectors Edition of the original master recordings of the Long Black Veil by the Chieftains. These beautifully rendered CDs use the 24kt Gold Audiophile mastering by Mobile Fidelity Sound labs. I can tell you on a personal note, that these CDs sound absolutely awesome and there is a very noticable difference in the sound quality compared to a standard CD. I'll quote my wife (Killian) when she heard this on our stereo, "WOW!" We will be holding a special contest for these two CDs coming up soon!

In addition, we have also received 2 CDs from Tommy Byrnes Alehouse Insurrections album and 2 CDs from Cele De's Mist On the Mountain album.

This brings the total number of CDs in our contest inventory to about 50!!! Folks, we are going to have to increase our CD contests or some of these CDs will not be given away until late next year. We might go with a twice a month contest or possibly some special contests this fall!

Thanks again to the musicians (and media companies) that have donated CDs for our contests!

Great news, Mac!

You know, you could just mail me a few of those CD's. That way you don't have to worry about more contests. tongue.gif

Wonder how well those gold CDs would work in my DVD player.... Specially if I fixed up a VCD on one of them. Would be nice of that company made DVDs too wink.gif
