Enjoy the festival!! It's still too cold up here to even think of an outdoor festival but it won't be long now.

Anyone in the area... go out and show your support. Too many festivals have been dropping off of the map in the last few years for numerous reasons. This years festival is the fourth annual event. It takes place this coming Saturday and Sunday, April 2-3. More information can be found here at the official website.

Let us know how the festival was.

I hope people will come despite the weather. Saturday will be in the 50's with wind gust, but Sunday will be warmer. Even though Saturday will be cool ( for those raised in the South) It will still be a great spring day to get out with the family and have some fun.

The festival at Tunnel Hill was great. We didn't go on Saturday. It was very cold and wet. We had snow flurries. Sunday was very nice it was warm with a nice breeze. Not all of the Scottish Clan participants were there, but the entertainment was good on Sunday, Olta and Rathkeltair performed. They also had Native American Demos. I meet some new people which is always nice and caught up with the latest from folks that I had not seen since the Stone Mountain Games. Not a bad beginning for the Highland Game season.

Hey, gwenlee! I was wondering how the games in Dalton went. Sounds like you had a good time. Hope you are doing well! wink.gif
