Having my coffee, checking out some posts & emails, listening to EZ Rock and planning on picking up some top soil for the yard. Our forcast says three days worth of rain, so I better seed my yard again. Maybe our April Showers are finally arriving
We just spent a couple of days in St. Augustine again. It is really a great place to take the children/grandchildren. We visited the St. Augustine Lighthouse that was featured on an episode of Ghost Hunters. I was very impressed with the museum. So much history and information. There was a gentleman that shared his knowledge with me on making the row boats by hand. Beautiful wood and workmanship.
In St. Augustine you can even take a trip on a full size model Spanish galleon ship. Great for all those want-a-be pirates no matter their ages.

I'm in Savannah this week. Already looking forward to shrimp and crab. I never get tired of the historic homes. Next week will be Charleston, my most favorite.
Savannah is truely the Hostess City. I am only 60 miles south of Savannah in McIntosh County. Yes, I had steamed blue crabs and shrimp over the holiday weekend. Charleston is truely a beautiful Southern City. Great food in Charleston. My bride and I honeymooned there 42 years ago this coming Christmas.

Val: This will definitely be a rainy day project.....which will be very soon
Finishing up my morning coffee, need to walk the dog and get ready to tackle painting the last 25 (or so) fence boards. It sure would be nice if we could get the fence up before we leave

I'm ready to hit the road for home. As I am at my church, will pickup some DQ lunch and drive home over the Walbash & Ohio Rivers... but not through the woods - if you get what I mean.
