A number of my colleagues are coughing and spluttering - the start of the colds and flu season seems to be with us....

Here's a recipe for a comforting whisky toddy.

Whisky
Freshly boiled water
Heather honey or sugar
Lemon juice

Dissolve a generous teaspoon of honey/sugar in a glass of boiling water. Add a generous dram of whisky and a little lemon juice, stir. Serve while still hot.

Look at your local health food store or farmers market... some BIG chain grocers carry it as well.

Hope this helped!
