QUOTE (Angel Whitefang (Rider) @ Jan 23 2004, 01:30 PM) | QUOTE (RavenWing @ Jan 23 2004, 11:04 AM) | There are quiet a few I feel connected to, but have heard that you may only have 1 deity of each. This is where the confusion is comming in. |
QUOTE | That is why I asked....."How will I know when I have been chosen" |
|
I think it's a typical monotheistic view. I wouldn't care about that if I shold have to find harmony. And about knowing whether you've been found? Sorry , but it could be like with Morpheus - you find a god and he tells you he's been looking for you all your life sounds weird, but if you can feel that.... good for you. |

QUOTE (peckery @ Jan 23 2004, 11:04 AM) | Should not your deity find you??? |
I think mine didn't find me yet, but I'm not willing to be found maybe. In Poland it's hard to be pagan - it's considered freakish maybe. Still no religion yet has been good for me - each puts restrictions I hate. Especially christainity, which I consider, sorry if I offend anyone, paranoic. but that's only my view. so still I'm to be found |

And, if anybody from Poland's here, I recommend reading "Mitologia Celtów" by Jerzy Gąssowski (Warsaw 1979). Interesting, maybe not about Zodiac, but the development of Celtic mythology |

I didn't know that Morgan LaFey is considered goddess(my brother's a Willow and was surprised to hear that She's his deity symbol). Question: what is that about class connected with every sign? is that the class of sign in society or what? Do you know? |

Thanks, Irish Stepper, for this link professional website, interesting - and in my case (Ivy) - pretty true... not that I put much believe in zodiacs, but since this matches any things it could be helpful |

My story is simple and unconfusing - that's just because I love J.Joyce, his witticism and criticism and... andthe twisted, outsider character of young poet, Stephen Dedalus. i think he resembles all we do in life - searching fo r sense and acting while being watched by others. Just plain theatre of life 0<| 8 )= (and that's new Smilie for Santa ) |

Interesting, though I'm not a religious person at all - I think i don't need it and I'm happy with it. I've got the TPM medal of distinction - one hit and no bullets |

Welcome Nefariel! Myriad, inetresting mistakes, but are they really serious? I don't care as long as I don't notice the in the cinema - and to do thatyou have to be very perceptive. All that talk about mistakes in LoTR is creatng another Tolkienian (or rather Jacksonian?) mythology around the film- let's then make a movie about chasing mistakes But it was interesting to learn about them, so thanks. As long as the interviewer notices car, in Polish movie "Krzyżacy' ("Teutonic Knights") - 1410, before the battle of Grunwald we cans see telegraph poles in the second plan and a watch on king Jagiełło's wrist. Making mistakes is the director's thing |
