I tried to chose those who are currently winning their groups, so if your group isn't on here, sorry (I had to add the USA since I live here... ) I personally am a huge Spain fan, but Germany has a good run going.. |

No no...WORLD CUP time! Here! Here! You can tell I'm a fan; have been playing soccer myself and attending the matches of my favorite club since I was 13.... True, Germany in on a run actually; and while I think there might be others who are better in general, the German team is always playing with an additional 12th player ... the audience! They are able to do it this time and become World Champion. I was greatly disappointed of the way some of the favorites acted until now; Argentina and Spain are the only ones that convinced me so far. Still I keep my fingers crossed for the German team, shouting, applauding, following the matches at the edge of a heart attack each time ... and celebrating every victory with all the happy people in the streets. |

I voted Germany since I am german and hope that they will win in their own country. I am not a soccer die hard fan but when it comes to the world cup I am always keeping my eye on Germany. |

I voted other, for France. I think they're just as good as they were four years ago. Personally, I think that the US is not that far off from being a contender in the World Cup. The under-21s are looking real good, so I would not be suprised to see them in the finals in four or eight years. |

If you weren't able to catch the game today you missed out on a great game. Argentina beat out Mexico in over time and advances to play Germany, which should be an even better game |
