This is not the first time it has happened, i thought at first it was because I took a holiday from the game but I have only done that once and this is happening too often. Please someone advie me what I can do so that I may play the game. |

MacLaren, You won't be able to has you have put your account on "Holiday Mode" that is why you can't log in and won't be for 75 hours. And your account is on Holiday Mode so there is no "glitch" or anything of the sort.As for getting into CR no problem it is because CR and MK are on two different servers. And maybe you must have clicked on the "Holiday" button by mistake as one's account can't go on it otherwise. If you've been on HM since Friday then in theory you should be able to go log back in today or tomorrow. LOA |

Thank you, I was hoping it was going to be something like that. I enjoy the game have wondered what the heck I did to make it stop responding. MacLaren |

We will add this to our list of items to look into. You should atleast get a screen that shows holiday mode. Thanks for reporting this. |

Since the game started and one would use the Holiday Mode feature in the game I for one never saw a screen that showed that I was on Holiday Mode. LOA |

I think he meant, now he is going to create a screen that says that you are in Holiday Mode, so there's no more confusion. |

Thank you MacDonnchaidh sorry if I misunderstood the message. But it would be nice indeed to have a page indicating that our account is on Holiday Mode. LOA |

Oft have I had this same tribulation, that when I am on holiday, I wonder if I truly am! It would be a truly noble effort to provide support such that one knew whether or not one was on holiday when one was, or wasn't. And now, for something completely different ... I had this same issue. I might have accidentaly clicked Holiday Mode as the internet crapped out shortly after I signed up. I reported this through the main site and got an email saying it might have been a result of me using IE. Having no problems now and can access everything just fine. Let this be a lesson to everyone, don't use IE, I have demanded Firefox at work Also, I love any forum that has this emoticon - Oh and I'm new...hi everyone |

I too finally had to switch to Foxfire before I was able to get into this site correctly. It was alson interfering with my email sites. So far so good with foxfire. |

I'm having issues trying to play today. Here's the error: "The page isn't redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies." The odd thing is I haven't changed any settings, haven't gone to vacation mode, haven't disables cookies, not a single change. I am so confused. Oh, and IE continually tells me that my password is wrong. I swear I'm not computer illiterate. |

This can happen if your passwords become out of sync. It's a long story to explain, but the way to fix it is update your password here: http://www.celticradio.net/php/forums/index.php?act=UserCP&CODE=28 If that does not work, then it could be something with the browser. It should work with firefox, but our published compatible browser is IE 8.0 or higher. |

I believe we have solved the passwords out of sync issue. Medieval Kingdom uses the Celtic Radio member account details extensively, yet each system has its own password for security. To make it easier, the passwords are synced. We identified the error that was occurring when the passwords were not in sync and have setup a password page to correct that issue. |
