Hello everyone. My name's Mary Stevenson; student and small town girl. My reasons for coming to this site are to learn more about a culture my grandmother never got to teach me, to understand a little better of where my family comes from, and to meet people who like the same kind of music I do. |

Hi. I'm new here myself. I was told about this site through another forum that I check out. It's a forum for the band Kilbrannan. I've been interested in them for about 2 years now and someone there mentioned this site. Thought I'd check it out. I'm from Cleveland, Ohio (USA). Cheers! Jen |

Hello & Greetings from a fellow peasant Everyone I've meet here has been wonderful. Glad to make your acquaintance. I wish I could post more tonight, but I'm so tired my eyeballs ache from the front straight through to the back. I'll check back in tomorrow after a good nights sleep. Lise P.S. Please Lord, give me the strength to NOT get sucked into the Olympics tonight. They're killing me. |

Welcome Peony, Jen and KreeRohan. Glad ya'll could come. We always enjoy having new folks at the "party". BTW Mary, I have Stevensons on my Dad's side a few generations back. Maybe we're distant cousins. (descended from William Stevenson, born circa 1725 Antrim Ireland -- died 1809 Iredell County, North Carolina. William's father was Henry, born in Roxburgshire, Scotland circa 1698 and moved to Ireland where he died circa 1740). |
