| Weiners seat will be filled tomorrow and it appears that the R candidate has a commanding lead as of this afternoon. Many feel it is a referendum on obama's accomplishments in a strong D district. That will remain to be seen though. Slàinte, Patch |

| Two wins for the conservatives. In NY, the national DNC Chair stated that it was a "hard district to win" though D's out number R's 3 to 1. In Nev in 08, obama won that district by 88 votes. The R won it this time by over 20K votes. Things are changing. Slàinte, Patch |

Yea, the Chucky Schumer/Geraldine Ferraro district that hasn't had a Republican elected to that seat in a 100 years is hard for Dims to win.  There is spin and there are lies, I'm not sure if that Dim is lying to himself or the sheeple, but either way it's a lie. |
