So my Young Friend
'Tis time for Good-Byes
And all those you know
Will have tears in their eyes.
To the Old World your off
And soon will depart
But always remember
You'll be in our Hearts.
Now my Young Friend
You have a good life
My Prayers to yourself
Your Child and your Wife.
Know my Young Friend
Although your away
There's Family who'll
Miss you and Friends
Who will care.

LOA;

The young man I wrote this poem about, even though I'm old enough to be his Father, is a good friend and I will miss him. I just hope he has made the right decision by moving to Europe.

Harlot;
So sorry to hear of your friend’s loss, I hope Dave’s poem helps,

Good work as usual Dave. Just curious, why did your friend move to Europe, and where did he go?

JC.

His wife is Croatian and he was offered a good job with a computer company there so he took it. He was also born in Croatia but raised in Canada for the last 35 years.

Camac.

That doesn’t surprise me Dave, since our “Corporate Government” has abandoned us for a more profit over seas.

Hey here’s an idea. How about the corporations, and our Government go too!

Thanks,
JC
