There is a new listening option for all platforms! Whether you have a MacIntosh, Windows or Linux operating system.

Video Lan (VLC) Media Player is a free open source player that lets you tune into our high quality AAC+ stream and also our late night video stream!

I am listening now through Windows using the VLC player and it sounds awesome. Simply download the version for your operating system and then use the Macintosh or Winamp link (in the founder's control panel) to launch the music or video!

Enjoy! thumbs_up.gif

UPDATE:

After listening to Highlander Radio AAC+ using the VLC media player for windows, I have to say the sound quality is much better than Winamp. I would highly recommend this player for the best listening option.

It may not have alot of fancy skins or themes, but it certainly has a good engine under the hood!

biggrin.gif I am afraid you give me much too much credit for understanding these things. I am more than a little clueless, shall we say? I certainly enjoy listening to the music however it's coming out of the speakers. walkman.gif I'm a cappy hamper! note.gif

Great music it is, too. I love listening especially on those dark nights when I wish I were anywhere but in front of the computer. Kudos and 3 cheers for everyone at Celtic Radio! thumbs_up.gif

Thats good to hear! Glad it worked out. I know we don't have the easiest setup with 1 point and click, but we have many options and features that make for a more comprehensive visit! smile.gif
