Who haven't heard of the popular and most extraordinary "The Nutcrackers" and the wonderful and magical music of Tchaikovski.
I never get tired of listening to it and just can't miss it year after year. I find this ballet the most wonderful in the world. Though there are many great ones, I don't know this one holds a particular place of favor in my heart.
Here is one of my favorite part of it "La Valse des Fleurs" where all the ballerinas and their princes dances to the wonderful valse of Tchaikovski.
Enjoy!

I certainly agree that this is an exceptionally beautiful ballet as you suggest. Are you asking what our favorite ballets are, or symphonies or music of the season?

Every year for 7 years my ex would take the girls to see the Nutcracker on Xmas Eve. One year I got Shanghaied into going, love the music hate the dancing. I fell asleep and started snoring. Needless to say I didn't get my usual Xmas gift that night. Boy was she peeved.
I'm only asking if anyone has a particular symphony or music for that matter that he or she enjoys listening during the Holidays.
And my dear Camac...let me just say that I would have been "peeved" as well If I would ever cought hubby sleeping and or snoring....well I prefer not to say it here what would happen to him...
