Tis a fine day for the wearing of the green and supporting that wonderful Italian St. Patrick, The corned beef is on the stove cooking slow, it'll be waitin for the tatters and cabbage when I get back from the parade.
As I sit here listing to CR and drinking my Irish coffee and packing the Genisse in the cooler, to also celebrate it's 250th anniversary, I am thankful to be in the second best country, that has more Irish people than Ireland, the weatherman just said the high for today is going to be around 75 degrees here in St. Louis.

I would like to wish all at CR and all the listeners a great St. Patrick's day and I want you all to remember that as long as an Irishman can hold a blade grass between his teeth and stand on the face of the earth, he is not drunk, at least that's what I am going to tell the men in blue latter today.

Is it me or has the CR.net site blinked out a couple times this morning.

Leprechauns are playing havok with us this morning. We have had a number of issues going on right now and our main broadcast is a bit choppy at times. Our apologies. We may not be able to handle all of the traffic we are getting.

LEPRECHAUNS ARE BACK!!!!

biggrin.gif

We are monitoring and adjusting some settings that have been causing the problem. Sounds like we are going to have to move some services to a new server this year as it is just a matter of overload!

1 change to our database has just fixed alot of issues, but we need to make sure it did not cause anything else to stop working.

Contest is just on hold a bit while we work these issues out.

Och well and happy St Patrick's day from a Scotswoman here in Brigadoon Western Australia! We had a legend in Scotland that St Patrick was born at Kilpatrick near Dumbarton.

Happy St. Paddy's Day from Texas! Even with the Leprechauns, I enjoy the programming here more than anything I can find in broadcast. Work through the problems and let's keep this site up. Be sure to drop by the Fund Raiser, and drop a few coins for St. Paddy's Day.
