Anyone going to see Celtic Woman when they come to Utah in April? They're playing at Kingsbury Hall. Haven't been able to talk the husband into going yet. Maybe I'll take me sisters-in-law. I'm so excited. It's a pretty great little theater, too. We saw Les Miserable there last year, and the acoustics are great.

These talented Ladies will be in Coastal Georgia at the Civic Center in Savannah March 11th. I have bought two tickets for my daughter and her husband. Me and grandma will be babysitting. cool.gif

Went to the concert last night in Austin, Texas. The concert was at the arena so the acoustics could have been better. Even with sub par acoustics it is an awesome/great show. I am sure whoever goes will enjoy themselves to the max. The singing is great, the lighting is great, it is just an all around awesome show. My son and his family got me tickets for Christmas and even with our seats being fairly far from the stage, it was still a super experience. Forget the Celtic part if need be, but go for the concert experience. It is a super concert with all the right elements. Music (vocal and band) lighting,I mean it has it all! New journey is about a 2.5 hour concert with a 20 minute intermission. Go to the Celtic woman web site for more information. Al Parker Enjoy and I hope everyone gets to go.

"Celtic Woman" will be at the First Mariner Area in Baltimore on March 8th. I have been to several of their other concerts, Wolf Trap being the best. I will be going. If anyone else is going, let me know and lets say Hi!.

I saw Celtic Woman last year at the Chevrolet Theater in Wallingford, CT. Wonderful concert at a great venue, excellent acoustics. Highly recommended to see and experience these beautiful voices and music.

Hey Lady: Found your site by accident but your subject halted my own search! The Irish Women are coming to St. Louis sometime this month! I've seen them perform on public TV (PETC? here). Unfortunately being on Soc. Sec. Disability I simply can't afford a ticket, here they're $100.00 & up, I think. I'm relatively new to St. Louis, I moved here from Calif. to escape a domestic violence situation & know no one here, have no family here. So I envy you all who are going with family members to see these so very talented women perform. Their voices are so beautiful in their various pitches, and their gowns/outfits are so lovely too. The woman who plays the violin(?) adds so much to the performances as well. Twice I've been able to catch part of their performances being shown on TV and I was enthralled. I'd never heard of them before I caught them on TV the first time, and I was hooked. Now every day when I get back from attending college classes or tutoring (to my apt.)...for the rest of the afternoon/night I check the public TV channel to see if they're back on TV!! To all of you in the different cities who are going to be able to see these women perform in person....have a great time, and I hope you all have a marvelous, wonderful time!

P.S. Oh. What I'm looking for....does anyone know where I can get Irish or Celtic designed, leather braces and greaves? Braces (arms) & greaves (lower legs) are leather armor from ancient times. I've only been able to find one place online who has leather braces with Celtic designs on them...but not any Celtic designed leather greaves. My son has a tremendous interest in military, Celtic, swords & armor from earlier times. And I want to surprise him with these items. So I'm trying to find these particular braces & greaves for his 18th birthday. Can anyone help me out? I'd really appreciate it very much. smile.gif

I too am on Disability bit would gladly not eat for a week to afford to go hear them. Being in their presence for an evening would nourish my spirit enough that food would be of little consequence.
