May the Irish hills caress you. May her lakes and rivers bless you. May the luck of the Irish enfold you. May the blessings of Saint Patrick behold you.
I have too many favorites to list!! May I, instead, just list a few favorite artists? I love Loreena McKennitt and John Doan, and also lots of the Riverdance music, some of Lisa Lynne, Corrs, Chieftains, Pipin Hot, Afro-Celt Sound System, Llewellyn, Ginkgo Garden, and then I have several albums of mixed artists (Celtic Journey, Celtic Twilight,.......) Celticradio should get credit for all of them, too!

If we could just stand here, without the words, would that be enough? ..Look at the sky now. What color is it? Or the way a hawk flies. Or you wake up and your ribs are bruised thinking so hard on somebody. What do you call that?
"Don't cross the street if you can't get out of the kitchen"
Any song that you can sing while drinking a Pint olf Guinness!

Though I'm a big Loreena McKennitt fan, I found my favorite version of Annachie Gordon on a CD by Ivory. The CD is called Gentle Maiden. I suppose what I like about it is that her voice is pure and you can hear every word of the song. And her voice has a lot of emotion to it. This CD also has another favorite of mine...a version of The Moved Through the Fair.
"Whiskey In The Jar" "Loch Lomond" "The Town I Loved So Well" "Bonny Portmore" "Tell Me Ma" "Spanish Lady" "Orinoco Flow" "Amarantine" "When Irish Eyes Are Smilin'" "My Wild Irish Rose" "Danny Boy" (I didn't like that at first but it's grown on me)
