Well, I tried it. It really wasn't too bad. It had a goetta, or spackle like taste and consistancey. We were at a little pub/rest. in Stirling. I'd eat it again.... needs hot sauce though..LOL! |

I thought it was fine until I found out what in the *$ it was. The Amish here in Pennsylvania have a thing called "Scrapple" that is about as appetizing when you know the ingredients. Personally, I would rather lick a tire! Ever heard the Dropkick Murphy's song Spicey McHaggis? |

Personally, I like Haggis, even though I do know what is in it! I don't consider its ingredients any worse than those found in most hotdogs for instance. Besides, it is a lot easier to make Haggis from sheep innards than it is to try to track down a a real Haggis - they are a very rare species of birdlike creature, native only to the Highlands of Scotland! |
