I've been feeling a bit piratey lately so I wondered around trying to find some new pirate music. Pirate magazine recomends a scottish band called AleStorm. If Flogging Molly did pirate songs they would sound somewhat similar. Heavy metal Pirate tunes. I put a couple of videos on Videocelt if any one wants to check them out otherwise here is their MySpace link

The group Sephira from Ireland is great. They have 2 CD's available at CD Baby http://www.cdbaby.com/Artist/Sephira or http://www.sephira.ie

Celtic Thunder also has 2 CD's that haven't been added to the database. They're called "Take Me Home" & "It's Entertainment." Adding them would allow for more variety of their music.

Heard this group last night at a local pub http://www.drymillroad.com/ .
They would go real good in our Bluegrass feed!

They have some sound bites in the web page and also have a facebook page.

If you visit them tell them Shadows sent you.

Wylde Nept! They're a band out of Iowa, but I've seen them a few times over the years. Great pub band, I've been a fan for a good while now.

Great suggestions. Rhymer Saor Patrol has been a favorite band of mind for some time now. I would love to hear them on this site. I will contact them. The Clanranald Trust for Scotland is a wonderful site preserving Scottish History. This band really rocks. Will get some youtubes of them as well up on www.videocelt.com. If you have a favorite feel free to suggest a video.

That goes for everyone on all these wonderful suggestions. We will look into getting what you want to hear on the site. If it hasn't been added already. There's 1000's of cd's coming in. Thanks for all your suggestions.

I would also like to see the band Stramash here. Here is their myspace. Stramash

I have been listening a few days on the "Celtic Rock" channel. I am surprised that I have not heard any music yet from any of these bands:

Seven Nations
Brother
Prydein
Killdares
Albannach
Angus Mohr
Enter the Haggis

Maybe you long-time listeners can tell me if these bands get any air time?

Thanks,
Parker
