Should I ask Paul (Mac5) to set up an RPG room in the CRN chat or should we open up one in IRC?
To discuss things and such..

I'm all for an RPG room in the chat. And the main forum page should point out which rooms those who are online are in.............................'r...something like that.

As far as IRC, I don't have the slightest clue as to how I get on IRC. I know you need a specific prog. but I don't know what it is.

www.mirc.com explains irc (internet relay chat), it also supplies a test version of their client.
I connect to irc via trillian. www.ceruleanstudios.com. it's a client to connect to icq, aim, msn, yahoo and irc at the same time because some chat-programs may cause system conflicts..

you have masses of chat servers with masses of rooms in it, and you can make your own one without problems.

I wish we could host a server just for CRN somewhere. I asked my Brother - in - law if he would host a channel on his, but he said nay to it sad.gif I would host it myself if my link were more reliable. That's what I think is needed though, a dedicated IRC server jusr for CelticRadio. That way I don't have to use that lame Graphical application to get to it.

same here, but we can maybe do something on the stormdancing server, I will have to ask Ren about it.

I would host one but my ISP is too uneliable for all that.. maybe if Barry gets his server running I can set something up...
