1,2,3, and 5. Also spending next weekend in Newport, R.I. After years of attending the South Boston parade and activities we are going to tryout the Newport 59th St Patrick's Day Parade and events.
My wife wants to drive down to Milwaukee to see the parade. It would be a fun idea but we have a guest speaker at out church and I much rather stya and see him rather than drive 5 hours for a parade. Hoopefully we can find something closer to home that weekend.

"Irishness is not primary a question of birth or blood or language; it is the condition on being involved in the Irish situation, and usually of being mauled by it."-Conor Cruise O'Brien
My old church had used to have an Irish Mass on St. Patrick's Day. Unfortunately that tradition died out when the music director, who was the driving force, retired a few years ago .

Of all things, I am traveling today on St. Patric's Day. Wifey and I are headed to soon to be rainy Pensacola, Florida. I will listen to some good Irish music while we travel.
Have a great day today, everyone! Wish I could be online more for this special day!!

1, 2, 5, and 7 here. After work I went home and put on my kilt, then visited the only Irish pub in town - Carney's. Left the pub early before I was tempted to drink too much green beer after eating. Back home now and enjoying a bit of whiskey with Highlander Radio. Slàinte!
Glad to hear. Myself I am enjoying a nice frothy Boston Lager listening to old standard Highlander Radio. Visited a few pubs in Boston and enjoyed some great Irish music/bands.
St. Patrick's Day is alive around the world. My daughters where showing me something called SnapChat and thousands of short videos clips of kids celebrating the day.
It was a nice day but wind snow rain and cold might have put just a wee damper on things

What are you doing for St. Patrick's Day? 1. Going to a pub or restaurant. 2. Listening to Irish Music. 3. Drinking a few pints of Guinness. 4. Serving Corned Beer and Cabbage. 5. Spending Time with Family and Friends. 6. Not much at all. 7. Working.
This coming year (2016) will be the first year that Teton & District will be participating in the annual "pub crawl."
So... for us it will be #1, #2, #5, #7, and at the end of the evening, #3

AWH, we haves a family tradition of going to an awesome little irish pub/micro brewery. They serve up the best darn irish foods and locally made right there beers.
