Tea is better when you add a touch of Bourbon to it!

Is there any coffee flavoured tea?

Actuallt Keltic there is, It's called Almond Sunset, I believe it is by Celestial Seasonings. It's one of my Favs to have when I don't want coffee acid.

If there were Keltic, I'd be drinking one now wink.gif
BUT there are coffe tea bags, I think they are great for traveling...

I love F&M's Earl Grey, and Irish Breakfast..

But Red Zinger , iced with honey ..!
is delightful.. Angel, it has all you like in it also...

Gonna go get a cuppa now !

Paula

There are a lot of cakes/scones/buns type recipes there - don't forget though.... they are calorie filled items in some cases! king.gif

Living in the Freezing Pacific North West of the USA , Calories are a GOOD THING!
We hit a whopping high of 28 degrees today. Nice hot cup of Tea was wonderful but it really missed the scone and Honey Butter.

I can't seem to find the Thread or Forum you are reffering to........HELP!!!

Here's the forum

http://www.celticradio.net/php/forums/inde...hp?showforum=18

The Scone recipes may be on one of the earlier pages - I've posted a LOT of recipes in there!

I couldn't find the relevant recipes, Angel, so I've started another thread, especially for you biggrin.gif

It is one of those really annoying post nasal drip days. Temp dropping from 60 to 30 in the matter of a few hours, but that's the Midwest for you. sad.gif

I just put the kettle on to make some tea. I can't decide between Bigelow Lemon Lift or Constant Comment (the famous delicious blend of fine tea flavored with rind of oranges and sweet spices - according to the box)
Preferences? Of course by the time you respond, I'll have the first cup downed. biggrin.gif

Normally I drink Lipton tea, iced, made from bags. Lots of it and with lemon. laugh.gif

I sometimes drink tea with milk as well. Always think of my grandfather when I do. Milk in tea was abhorrent to his German ancestry, so he always teased me and called me a Johnny Bull. All I can say is guilty as charged. biggrin.gif My maiden name is as English as they come. Even share it with a famous Prime Minister of past days. (and no, it isn't Churchill biggrin.gif )

Decided on the Constant Comment. The clove sent is really cozy and comforting to me. I love cloves. I?ve even made peach pies and jam before and spiced it with cloves and cinnamon. BTW ? anyone know the poem ?Wild Peaches?? All part of the same feeling. Can?t remember the author, read it in high school. Sorry, rambling?.. blame it on my sinuses. cool.gif

Oops embarrassing typo - that?s clove scent, not sent. unsure.gif

Paula, wasn't it you who was going to start an embarassing typo thread?

That cup of tea did wonders for my sore throat. Guess I'll have to keep them coming. Lemon Lift next time perhaps. biggrin.gif

Yes Elspeth..
I have had a few doozies, I am not bragging..
Infact...... I don't know if I could pring them here !

I think you, and I ,and Richard B get the same weather, hours apart..
He warned me snow was coming.. with weather men being what they are..
I'd rather have a friend in Ohio...
Yesterday was glorious .. today is bleak, much colder...

I hope you continue to feel better ...
a bit of honey coats the throat,
but it's dead awful in coffe wink.gif

Yep, we do. Ever want to know what's coming your way - just ask.
BTW - GO STEELERS - it was ugly, but it was a win.
