Nice little piece smile.gif Those rose pics at the beginning are somewhat similar to what I'd like to start with for an image I have in my head.

Oh so nice of you to share this piece Dundee...I just love this wonderful man.
I visited his house in Dumfries...very humble and the Burns Mausoleum
which in itself is much bigger than his house and quite beautiful.

If you like to read his Poems and Songs I bought this book in Scotland then but I don't know if it's available anymore, anyways it's titled :
The complete illlustrated Poems,Songs & Ballads of Robert Burns it's from Lomond Books. It's a very good books with beautiful engravings inside. smile.gif

Lady of Avalon - a great uncle of mine gave me a copy of the very same book you mentioned years ago. He purchased it in Scotland. Very lovely.

I have made many people aware of Rabbie Burns especially the song Auld Lang Syne. I tell them that on New Years EVERYONE becomes Scottish.
