Hey all!!!
Just an FYI, that I changed my screen name to something a little more "in place". Thanks Devoted Defender for bringing that up. I wasn't even aware it could be changed and I thought I was stuck with my original one.
hey devoteddender and Irish Stepper! I had done the same thing when I first came in here. I probably confused the heck out of people at first, but I really wanted to be part of the theme, you know? So I can truly understand. It's all in fun and let's enjoy!
Welcome to all newcomers! Pull up a chair, grab your favorite beverage, have a chat and enjoy the music!

Where now the horse and the rider? Where is the horn that was blowing? Where is the helm and the hauberk, and the bright hair flowing? Where is the hand on the harpstring, and the red fire glowing? Where is the spring and the harvest and the tall corn growing? They have passed like rain on the mountain, like a wind in the meadow The days have gone down in the West behind the hills into shadow Who shall gather the smoke of the dead wood burning Or behold the flowing years from the Sea returning? ~ J.R.R. Tolkien
I lift my glass to all you new members and say...Welcome to the Celtic fringe-community!

Greetings all! My name is Joshua and I hail from Winchester, KY. I have always been drawn to Celtic and classical music from a young age. I myself play guitar, mandolin, and some piano and find music to be a great healing force. I do not profess to be an excellent musician, but I do love playing my instruments! I also paint, draw, and sculpt in my spare time. I find art is a release that cannot be broken over time. I also love reading and writing poetry, fiction, and songs! If you have any literature, art, music, or anything else you wish to share down my way feel free to do so! The essence of art is sharing and drawing out thoughts and perceptions that everyone does not see...but we all have these abilities, once the doors are opened. I enjoy the stories and musings of others just as much as I enjoy sharing my own! Verily, Haldur
