As with any pie maker recipe trim the bread or other ingredients that hang out the sides so they do not burn.
Hash and Egg ( round pie iron )
1/4 cup corned beef hash 1 egg pad of butter
Fry corned beef in a well greased PIE IRON until almost done. Open the cooker and form a 2 inch hole in the hash. Into the hole crack the egg and top with butter. Close the cooker and continue to cook until egg is done to your liking.
Cut up some english muffins and put them in them in the greased/buttered pie iron, then add some pre-cooked bacon strips on top of the muffins and pour on some scrambled eggs. Cover and cook 5 min and it's breakfast time. The same can be done with hashbrowns in place of muffins. Salt n Pepper to taste, gotta love the classics!
"May those who love us, love us. And those who hate us, may God turn their hearts. And if he doesn't turn their hearts, may he turn their ankles so we'll know them by their limping." -Celtic Proverbs
