Hi Cordelia..Highlander Radio is internet only..I would take it with me everywhere I went if I could..I listen to it most of my waking hours..were glad you like it too..
I'll admit, sometimes I am busy working to keep up with the mounting paperwork, or taking a break with my now 7 year old daughter to do a little coloring (she has conveniently setup shop with a board on a radiator right next to my desk). I may not have the music on all of the time - listening to new music, figuring out what tracks should go where and sometimes I will throw on some "other" type of music to fancy my kids and my deep musical interests.
At times, I have felt a little unmotivated to get it in gear to work on the site. I don't know what song to play next and I really don't want to think what to play. So I throw on Highlander Radio and suddenly I feel motivated again. My hands start typing, my brain starts thinking and suddeningly I am in a different place. All things are possible thanks to these great musician's words and songs.
So to answer the question in my typically long winded response - I listen to Highlander Radio when I am working on Highlander Radio!
I have to admit this, now don't hate me, but I rarely if ever listen at all anymore. Reason being I am not allowed to listen at work and with dial-up at home (plus a teenager doing IM and Myspace stuff) it's just not worth it (the dial-up I mean, not Highlander Radio!). I wish I could listen, but it is not to be.
Actually I listen to Highlander radio at varies time. I put morning because when I am off I turn it on while cleaning the house. I wish I could listen at work but at a hospital we are not allowed. I have listened to the station while in my car. We took the portable lap top and plugged in. It was wonderful.
Mostly at work. Because the processor of my own computer just broke up and i haven't bought a new one yet So i use my working hours wisely and listen to good music.
I really enjoy listening to CelticRadio in the late evenings / night, while working on website design or band business. I try to make the effort to rate songs as they come up.

Unfortunately due to a series of surgeries I've been home for the last 11 months. Finding this site and Highlander Radio has been a Godsend. I turn it on in the morning and off at night. Good speakers have made the computer my stereo. I need someone (younger evidently) to help me wireless this to other rooms.
I listen to Highlander Radio when at work, keeps me calm and focused. I also turn on Highlander Radio at home when cleaning house or just sitting back on the computer. I absolutely love it!! Thank you Celtic Radio!!!
