Well as it should be John. I'm willing to guide you into the process to post another photo of you if you want...it'll be my pleasure and I'm sure the ladies will appreciate to see one real man in kilt....not just the half ot it... naughty.gif

I’m working on it Diane, but you know they said I was slow back in grade school, and they were right because I still feel like I’m trying to catch up. In the mean time I’m thinking about a sex change.

John, there's nothing wrong with getting in touch with your feminine side, I'm sure once you touch base with it, you will be wanting to get back in touch with your former self! No man could go thru what a woman has to endure!!!! wink.gif

Hi Patti;
First off…your comment deserves much more then a wink and a grin, I’d say a hardy laugh was in order.
Second…I’ve been thinking how this all got started, and I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s not the kilt that makes the man. It’s the other way around.

I have always heard it said,"That a man has to do what a man has to do" or something like that.
Have fun with it. biggrin.gif

I never turn down the chance to see a man wearing a kilt....just something about them...hmmm... whew! made it through the decorating, rehearsals and wedding without any disasters.... now to get my son married possibly next year, they haven't set the date yet..speaking of kilts, I'll be seeing many, many men wearing them in a couple of weeks at an encampment we go to every year, can't wait.

biggrin.gif Many years ago, my daughter and I were shopping at the local Target store and we turned a corner to be met by a stunning man wearing a fine kilt and a t-shirt that said something along the lines of 'Real Men Wear Kilts'. We stopped in our tracks and both turned to watch him walk by, admiring his gams and his, ahem, kilt too, and to our horror he looked back at us and flashed a megawatt grin. We were so embarrased he caught us gawking!!

Wow, was he a doll.

I haven't seen a guy in a kilt in some time...I used to attend a Celtic festival in my area in August, but dang it for some strange reason they moved it. Talking about a broken heart, I cried for days! angel_not.gif

The latest edition of the Scottish Lion has two nice looking gents in kilts on the front. I can't help but think of my mother who would sigh and say "Would you look at those bees knees!

My question is, if they can come up with very interesting calendars (firefighters, hunks, etc.) why can't they do Men in Kilts?

I did a quick look on the internet last night and I found where the Nevada Scottish Society did a 2008 calendar but I didn't see anything for 2009. Maybe there are others out there. Anyone know?

Maybe if we all write letters, fill up their mail box asking for them to do one every year. Tell them that we are "Men In Kilts" depraved.

There are alot of websites about men in kilts. Some were pretty revealing. Make sure the children and husbands aren't around. But I willing to make the sacrifice if we can find the calendar.
