An excellent source for those interested in translations of original Celtic (mostly Irish) documents is at the website for the Corpus of Electronic Texts (CELT).
According to the site mission statement:
QUOTE
To bring the wealth of Irish literary and historical culture (in Irish, Latin, Anglo-Norman French, and English) to the Internet in a rigorously scholarly project that is, at the same time, user-friendly for the widest possible range of readers and researchers ? academic scholars, teachers, students, and the general public, all over the world. Texts are presented in immediately usable form and accompanied by introductions, translations (where possible and necessary), and scholarly bibliographies. Images will be an integral part of text presentation and texts will be accompanied, where useful and possible, by graphics, maps, line-drawings etc. CELT is integrated into the teaching and research community of UCC ? it draws on the resources of that community and contributes to its work.
