I was sitting here going back over the 7 pages of History in Your Kitchen recipes and the 9 pages of Scottish Cooking recipes, they all seem to have started around 2002 - 2003... 7 to 8 years of good eats and friends.

The recipes are here ( most of them ), but the friends that were here in the beginning seem to be missing and new friends have appeared...

As with all web material people and things come and go.

I am just rambling and reminiscing.

Please look over the many years of good eats provided by our community members.

I thought I would bring this back to the top instead of reposting. The number of pages has grown and other recipes added since the initial posting of this.
Please explore , add recipes. or just plain comment on the ones here.

I feel pretty much the same, Shadows. I have also be absent for a while as for posting but I have popped in every now and again though for reading through the threads. Back then we used to comment on recipes, make suggestions for variations etc. Times have changed, people have come and left ...
I still keep posting recipes but sometimes. I'm also sitting here asking myself if it still makes sense but then again I do not want to see all this go dead at all.

It would be great to have more feedback, maybe there are a few out there who still have interest to share their experience and love in and for cooking?
Just my thoughts while I'm walking down memory lane.
