My name is José Santos and i was born and raised in the mountains of Serra da Estrela in Portugal, the same ones were Viriato the leader of th Lusitanians was born. I have always been tought the the Portuguese were descendants of the Celts, the truth is that i really like to know who am i in a more profound way,i even thought of making genetic dna tests. I love Celtic music and hope one day to visit Ireland an Scotland, thats one of my long term projects. If any one would like to know more about me, please fell free to ask.
Hello and welcome Viriâthus, hope you enjoy CR and as far as I know the Celts were pretty much involved in Portugal as well since their territory was almost half of Europe. Been in Portugal myself and by the history and the monuments that I saw around the country I'm sure there was Celts there at one point in time for sure. Again welcome from Canada and look forward your future posts.LOA

Thank you for having me here.
Welcome, I am America, born and raised from both Irish and Scottish ancestry. I have yet to see Portugal or Ireland for that matter, but I can tell you that seeing Scotland is profound.
Have fun, JC
