Eddi Reader, especially with the Burns CD, does things for me:) and Steeleye Span, first time I saw them "live" was 30+ years ago, I will never forget it, absolutely fantastic, and very LOUD! a memory I will treasure!!!

They come up to our area each year for a folk festival and then they were at Irishfest in Milwaukee for the last two? years. I highly recommend them especially the Live at Big Top Chatauqua CD. Our favorite untill they release their version of Bruce Springsten's "Freedom" on CD

I don't know who the singer is but I do know that the song (in gaelic) is fantastic. And the singer doesn't hurt the old eyes either.
