Only one? Family hills of Pennsylvania still draw me back. But can I have a cottage in the highlands too?

The eyes have it. Then like a guy built like a Tight End (I'm talking football!

Can I have a nap too? Seven or Eight sounds nice.

I try and stay out of the kitchen. Ice Tea maker.

Have to make a slight amendment on #2.
Mind is still the primary attraction and all the rest stand. Unless the gal is a REDHEAD!!!!!...that's what gets my attention before noticing the rest of the body parts...and I forgot legs! Loves me some legs, I do.

13. I have a van, so the back holds a lot! Lets see.... *deep breath* dirt from the plants and bushes I hauled, bits from the straw bales I hauled, a cooler full of sodas, more sodas, hydrolic jack(the one that came with the van was a joke), jumper cables, 3 quarts of oil and a tube thing to screw on the bottle so you don't pour oil on the engine(hey, it has 264,000 miles on it...it burns a little oil, OK?), some rope, bottle of sunscreen, bottle of insect repellent, flares, a blanket in a zipper bag so it won't get dirty, a box with 20+ maps, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, oil filter puller, roll of papertowels, bottle of transmission fluid, 2 gals of water, and a squeegee!
*deep breath, puff, puff*
14. I have 3 sundresses, same pattern, different colors...too bad it's cold now!

To clean the House in a single SWOOOOOOOOSH! To Morph in to a Dragon, better yet to Univers Hop so when I don't want to be here, I can go some place else!!

ok no funny remark on this one, this hit home way to hard.

I would go back in time before my Father passed and talk with him, he and mom split when I was 6 mos old. If nothing else to simply tell him that I love him.

ummmm, Water Jugs so when the Radiator over heats I can fill it up and cool off the engine.......no, Seriously I really DO!

Northeastern Oklahoma in the country with a creek running through it on the side of a hill... lots of trees and animals. (I'm a realist and just want to be out of apt.'s)

hair

7ish unless I get to sleep in then it would be closer to 9ish

refrigerator

5. What makes you really angry?
wow.... let me see... I'd have to say that head twist thing with the hand that some women do in your face. Yeah... barely control the face slap reaction with that one... don't like people in my face (literally). only happened a couple of times... but really tiks me off.

6. If you could play an instrument, what would you play?
guitar or violin (pretty much any instrument though... love bongo drums)

naturals (think fall foliage when the leaves turn)

depends on where I live... Houston=sports car; here in OK I like the idea of an SUV or just gimme an ole pickup truck if ya please.

I used to fly in my dreams when I was a kid..... loved that

.... which car... my car is an 88 Honda Accord that my husband drives to work b/c of gas mileage... It has a bucket of wood, spare tire, water, oil, antifreez/water, and other useful stuff. The other car that I drive to places I can't bike to has a spare, water/antifreez, oil, and again other useful stuff that I can't remember off the top of my head.. oh yeah jumper cables.

14. What's your favorite article of clothing?
jeans... I think... cumfy sweaters rank pretty high..

Ok ta da! here are my answers! I hope everyone is enjoying doing this. I know I've been surprised at some of the answers and some I already knew.

1. My house is going to be in Jefferson, NC. I already have 4 acres up there elevation 4K feet on the top of Buck Mt. It looks just like the Highlands...and the mist comes in during the afternoon. It sometimes gets up to 30 mph winds up there but it's like you stand there and you can hear the pipes...
Going to start building my permanent home up there in 2008.

2. My favorite physcial feature on men are the eye's first...they tell me if he's a liar, or truthful and if he's sincere or just flirting...I feel like I can touch his inner self and decide if he's to be trusted or not. Then I look at his teeth. I would never date a man that didn't have teeth...

3. Wake up time: as late as possible

4. refrig

5. Rude inconsiderate people send me up the walls...ever been in the grocery store and someone walks down the middle of the aisle and won't get over to the side so you can pass...I've actuallly reached over and moved it for them and they still don't say excuse me...I really want a battering ram on the front of my grocery cart so I can run their as- over...then I can turn around and smile sweetly and say "Excuse that, a------"

6. Instrument, hummmmmmmmm already play piano but would love to play the violin

7. Purple, purple and more purple! Sister Elspeth always wants it when we are together in the chat room but she's very gracious and lets me have it cause she's really sccared I'll go get my shopping cart

8. SUV (want a new jeep)

9.Super power? I'd like to be able to become invisible so no one would know I'm there. Then you could go in and out of anywhere...you check to see who was really your friend and who's not...you could sneak into your bosses office and mimicking his hand writing put a reminder note that said "give Annabelle a raise" and a New jeep

11. Mom- been 7 years and people lie, it doesn't get any easier, feels like it's been 7,000 years since we have talked

Annabelle, are you talking about the Jefferson N.C. in Ashe county? If you are my husband and I go to Jefferson and West Jefferson quite a bit and other parts of the county. We both have ancestors there. We started our genealogy search at the Ashe County Library. Very nice library with a great genealogy room. Tons of info. I don't think I have ever been to Buck Mt., have been to Pond Mt. My husband has several relatives buried up there beside the church. Small world!

Go to the Chevy Dealer downtown Jefferson right before downtown on the Left. Turn onto Buck Mt road and follow up. When You get to Laura Lane, turn R and that puts you up on Buck Mt Estates and I have the lots on the left side of the top right before the Beige and slate house...

Golly Gee Whiz! Annabelle, Can you believe this? Maybe we'll get to meet one day. Do you have family living in this area? My husband has a cousin's wife that has a shop in West Jefferson, I think it's called Linda's. We both have a lot of ties to the Ashe county area. Sometimes we go and just spend the day and sometimes we stay the night. Usually we stay at the Glendale Springs Inn. It's in the mountains and when we get up to go have breakfast, you can barely see your hand in front of your face. It is bathed in mist. At this little Inn we stay at, they have a resturant you can walk to and on the weekends they have live entertainment, which is usually bluegrass music.

A very enjoyable time.

I want to take a day trip there before long. If I do, I'll be sure and go up Buck Mountain and look at your land.

Have you noticed all the christmas tree farms they have in Ashe?

Yes the Christmas Tree farms are beautiful! No I've never heard of the Inn...I'll look it up and stay next time I go up. I'm going back up to go to the Court House after Christmas...have to get a list of land owners in that area so we can pressure the developer into piping in water from the city...it's now or never...

Music stands, chaps, I'm sorta big on a bad weather survival kit .. water, energy bars, flares, emergency blankets, extra socks,shovel, kitty litter,( for weight and traction) flashlight, all of this , and more, fit into a small bag, excpet for the litter..
Those mylar emergency blankets are smaller than a roll of film, I encourgae any of you with wee ones, to pack one for each child..water and energy bars.. amazing to thing these 3 things could save your life.. makes great Xmas giving also

Oh yeah, all the tire changing stuff too ..

Anything soft ..

1) If I could build a house anywhere.... Ireland. Wicklow County, probobly near Avoca.

2) Most attractive feature of the opposite sex. .... Wow! this is a tough one. I like everything about certain men. Their minds. Smart is definatly sexy. I guess I am strange, I am more attracted to the package...the entire person, not just one thing in particular. It is a combination of things and not always the same combination everytime. He could be the most physically attractive guy on the planet and I may not even look twice It depends on the guy, the chemistry, and what kind of mood I am in at the moment.

3) What time do I get up? 6:20 am

4) My fave kitchen appliance? My Kitchen Aide Mixer. Cus' of all the things I can whip up in it.

5) What realy makes me mad. I have lots of soap boxes. Anything to do with intolerance and abuse to children, animals, homeless...anyone or anything really. Waste. People who cut in line. Too much to list here. I am very passionate. Not angry...just passionate.

6) What instrument would I play? the violen

7) Favorite color? Red...but I dont wear red. Weird...I know.

8) Prefer SUV or sports car. I have both so it depends on what mood I am in.

9) Super power? I would want to fly. It would be so amazing just to lift off and soar.

11)Who would I talk to from past who is no longer living. My grandfather. I would want him to meet my children and know all about my life.

12) Favorite day. I am practicing being in the moment....right here, right now. That is all we have so make it the best.

At work, either 4 am or 4 pm (depending upon day or night shift). At home about 6 am

Microwave oven.

Fanatics, defined as anyone who will do ANYTHING for "the cause". (regardless of "the cause")

I play guitar, banjo and plunk a bit at the mandolin. Highland pipes would be my next choice.

I drive a pickup, currently set up for winter - I have in the back a high lift jack, A large metal can containing jumper cables, tow strap, tire chains, fusees. A snow shovel, some trash I picked up along the road the other night, and about six inches of snow.
