You like desserts? Fruity ones? You'll love this!

400g fresh blueberries
50 g Icing Sugar
1/2 Lemon
4 "leaf"? gelatine
250 g Whipping cream
Some Vanilla

Put 200g Blueberries into a food-processor and then pass through a sieve.
Mix the Icing Sugar and the juice of 1/2 lemon with the fruit-puree. Soften Gelatine for ca 5 minutes in cold water, press the remaining water out and then carefully warm until the gelatine becomes liquid. Don't let it get too hot.
Mix 1 Tbs of the fruit-mixture with the gelatine and then give it to the rest of the fruit-puree and stir well. (Else you'll have lumps)
Place it in the fridge for ca 10-15 minutes until it becomes thick.
Then whip up the cream with the vanilla and fold into the fruit-puree.
Put into a cold-rinsed pudding-form and put into the freezer for about 1 hour or into the fridge for 2 hours.
Loosen the rim and place a dish over the form. Turn and hope it will come out well wink.gif Place the rest of the blueberries around and on it and serve ice-cold!
