Well, your whole body goes stiff from what apears to be pain. But when it's over, your foot feels more relaxed than it ever has. Just super intense, but you know it won't kill you. I've only met one other person who enjoyed them, and she was one of my best friends in HS. I didn't find that out until we were all in college though. Cool stuff.
I've been likin' the foot cramps since 10th grade. There must be endorphins or endolphins or something.
Being a paratrooper, every one says how can you jump out of a perfectly good airplane, typically it isn't the plane that gives me the problem but the air farce pilots. (Now one day we did have 2 engines go out in a C-130 over a drop zone and they made us land in the **TOS VIOLATION** plane.
