Make sure if you get Snail Mail (OLd Fashion Responses) from your elected officials or those you write for our international users. PLEASE keep those letters. Should this fail it might eb a good idea to pool all the letters and see who supports what and if we have a letter to use is always a great tool so Please hang on to any responses you get via snail or E-Mail!!!

Just wanted to give you an update on some news I just received last night.

We are making a difference!!! Due to the 1000’s of emails, faxes, letters, phone calls that have been generated by the independent webcaster and listener community, a special hearing was held on May 15th about carp! Even RIAA president Hilary Rosen attended, so obviously they are getting nervous! The meeting and testimony really provided the senators with some great information and real life examples of what this law would do. So we have made a difference because this meeting would not have occurred without the support of the listener community!

One senator has received so many faxes that he exclaimed, “Please stop them.”

I’ll provide some links on our frontpage to the testimony as well as a final advertisement push with links to fax pages.

A heartfelt thanks to everyone here that has participated in this effort. You are making a difference!!!
