| Are cartoons permitted? I have a cartoon that would be funny to place in the joke forum but I am not sure how to do it or if it is permissable. I wouldn't think you would post it like a photo as it doen't have a url address? I tried to copy and paste in the reply post but that didn't work. Do I need to forget it?
