I think I'll be eating light tonight. Probably popcorn and then some applesauce if I need a snack.

I usually eat very little if my SO isn't around and he's working tonight.

Tonight looks like I'll be cooking a frozen veggie lasagne for the girls and me. My dad bought a couple at Costco recently and they are really quite scrumptious.

Takeout from the Golden Corral - probably chicken, sweet potato, green beans. Depends on what my sweetie picked up this afternoon when he ate there with my son (aka the bottomless pit - you know how 16 year old boys are).

Tonight - who knows? I haven't decided if I'm going to get a quickie meal from Wendy's or have soup at my place. Wendy's is looking good, though.

tonight: Leftover meatloaf from last night, maybe a handful of tater tots, and some glazed carrots with a big ole glass of moo-juice.

Workin' late in the office again -- I'll eat what's here in the little fridge and be thankful I've got it: peanut butter, bagels, milk and some good crisp red apples.

Leftovers from Captain D's - fish, half a baked potato, fried okra. I can almost always make two meals from one when we go out to eat. wink.gif
