Saturday Warrior Standing always tall and proud Guarding and protecting his baby Defying anyone who dares to come near that might hurt her Saturday Warrior So very small yet so strong and brave A proud little missionary and fine big brother Even from Heaven Our little brave warrior watches over us and keeps us He sends us rainbows and music to let us know he is with us always Still standing tall and proud A great little missionary still on earth and in Heaven Saturday Warrior Standing always for Truth and Love Rebecca Ann Couture There is a picture that goes with this poem but I don't know how to post it. The picture is of Jean-Thomas standing strong and proud, keeping guard over Princess Sarah in her carriage. It is one of the few pictures of his last summer on earth. |

Doesn't look like it worked Depending on how large the file is, yu may need to scale it down. Another possability if you have somewhere else that you can host the picture, then you can upload it there and link to it from a post. |

Thank you for adding my picture. Now everyone can see our brave little warrior who stands guard over his princess. Yet also know one of the little angels who watches over and helps all in need of a very special little angel. Why do you say it is sad? Not sad. Jean-Thomas is an angel come to earth for a short time. In 6 1/2 years he lived a very full and happy life. He became a man and served a full-time mission. He lived more in his life and had more wisdom then most do in a long lifetime. Yes we miss Jean-Thomas and his hugs and we often long for him to be here with us still. Jean-Thomas lives in Heaven with Jesus and is busy at work but still he watches always over us. He sends us beautiful rainbows almost daily and his music is in the songs of nature. He walks in the garden and rings the chimes to tell us he is near. RebeccaAnn |

Sad that such a good and kind soul could not have stayed around, and would pass on at such a young age. |

Aaediwen, Thanks so much for helping Rebecca w/ getting her pic posted on "Saturday Warrior". she had asked me how, wasn't able to 'modify" her post, so, I directed her to you. Rebecca is a very sweet & talented friend. Would love to see her get her work published. Again, many thanks for helping her ! Ohh, something kinda neat, when I went to your profile, the pic of your cat, there. I had a cat that could pass for it's twin, my cat lived to be well over 20 real years old. My childhood pet, that seen me all the way through college., He was a big tom-cat, outdoor cat, what a fighter! Seen him tear-up quite A few dogs. Still trying to get on your site, I think the trouble is on my end, got security a wee bit too "tight". TC & thanks, again!! Slainte, rhatcher1313 |

Jean-Thomas A small boy stands guard over his babies Caring for his wee ones that no harm may befall. Young man, not yet six springs old Stands tall and strong Teacher Wise beyond his years Missionary Soldier brave and true Child of Love Finding beauty in all places Take the time to look and see Listen to this child’s words of wisdom. Two little sisters look up to big brother with great respect A big brother looks up to his little brother and wonders Will he ever be able to walk in his brother’s moccasins. Little angel in Heaven Watching over his family always. Call him hero He will simply reply: “I’m no hero I’m just a very small Saturday Warrior Doing my work.” Rae copyright 12-17-2004 |
