Yeah, The Stray Cats was a band in the early 80s. They had two hits, 'Stray Cat Strut" and "Rock This Town". The lead singer, Brian Setzer, went on to form the Brian Setzer Orchestra and had another hit, "Jump, Jive, an' Wail".
