[COLOR=Blue][SIZE=1]Hello there! Let me introduce myself, my name is Thomas Young, however I also go by Bear too.

I live in Florida which is near the Gulf of Mexico side. Not too far from Inverness (named after the town in Scotland I hear) Florida.

Originally I grew up in Redford, Michigan in the suburbs’ of Detroit. Then I moved to the country of Michigan near Highland (another Scottish namesake town!) Michigan.

From Michigan I moved to here in Florida and spent about 5 years here before I moved to the State of Wyoming. The Mountains were calling me. I moved to a small town called Douglas (WOW! another town with the heavy influence from Scotland!) Wyoming. I stayed there for about 6 years and moved back here to Florida. My moving days are over now. I mat travel or at some time buy a place out west for the summers and go back and forth from here.

I belong to Clan Young and I’m doing my research on my Family Tree. On my Fathers side, my Grand-Mother was Irish. My Grand-Father was Scottish. On my Mothers side I’m German, Scotch (Graham Clan) and American Indian. That’s were I get my name of Bear. I’m enjoying my studies in doing the research on both sides of the family.

I’m also very interested in learning more on the people of Scotland and where they came from. I hear that some of the Scottish Families came from Ireland. Others came from the Nordic Viking race and also some came and settled in Scotland who were called the Picts. So much to learn and enjoying it all. Would love to be able to learn the Scottish Gaelic Language too.

Take care,
Thomas Young
