How much are you willing to PAY US to take her far away? naughty.gif jester.gif

Richard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HELPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fear.gif

All I was doing was sitting by the sea....... And now sister A's selling me far, far away.

*Saved by my brain* Hey guys, I'm definately below the height limit. Cast your nets elsewhere. Sister A's always been taller - she's the keeper in the family.

And sister A - I'll deal with you later when mom's not looking.

QUOTE (Eamon @ Jan 6 2004, 04:14 PM)

Sheesh, so much for trying to save a damsel in distress! She is trying to box my ears!

*aside to Maisky* Steer a course for the nearest land, I can't throw her back, but I don't want to get beat up!

Captain Eamon

Sir Eamon,

I only box the ears of those who try and trick me.

A kind sir such as yourself must be sincere and therefore safe from bodily harm from little old me. You and maisky would never try and trick a damsel in distress now would you?

Thanks again for the coat.

True, there is no trickery involved in a straightforward job of Shangheing a virtuous maiden. tongue.gif

OH Well, if you won't let us haul you off to market in the Far East, how about we buy you a beer or a wee dram of Tillamore Dew? beer_mug.gif

Nay Lady Elspeth! No trickery. We had no intention of selling you off in the far east. Maisky humors you. We were going to keep you. tongue.gif

At least for the duration of the cruise (or until the Tullamore runs out!). The Lustful Wanderer is heading up the East Coast to Canada to pick up Oldaraven, then we are off to Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and England. Ireland first, to pick up more Tully.

Maisky, we'll stow the Jolly boat, and tack to a heading of east north-east.

I don't drink beer and I don't know what Tillamore Dew is - Can I have a Dr. Pepper? Or an iced tea w/ lemmon?

Well, if we're headed for Wales, Scotland, England and Ireland - COOL. I'm ready. Can your ship make it to the Great Lakes?

Somebody'll have to sell my husband on the shanghei story though.....

Hey Maisky and Eamon I'll tell you where you went wrong. First you offer her a glass of tea and be sure to put the lemon in it and while you are in the galley put a good shot of bourbon or scotch in there. She'll start singing old family tunes. And you load her onto the ship when she start's singing "I'm a roving gal, named Sal!

Now I asked you first, you never said how much you'd pay for her. I expect more per pound than you'd pay for fish. I've got to come up with a good Excuse for Mom why she's not around. Oh well, I'll worry about that later. Don't fret guys get the nets and scale out and we will have to start a negotation for her. You've got to make it worth my getting in trouble for now. I'll tell our big brother Richard she's taken an extended holiday...

A
