It seems that a number of suspicious packages sent from Yemen to the US have been intercepted in Saudi Arabia, the UK and in Newark and Philadelphia.

Our 24/7 news media has fallen into the trap and are providing continuous coverage.

Since obama is perceived as being weak on terrorism, this may be the straw that collapsed the D attempts to stay in office. Even obama now states that this election is about him and his policies.

There should be poll updates out by Sunday.

If the terrorists were trying to influence this election, they certainly did not read the situation correctly.

Guess what? The terrorists don't care (there's another phrase I could use, but decorum prohibits it here) if we're a Dem or GOP.

Polls indicate that obama's handling of terrorism issues only have a 30 plus approval several weeks ago. People had put that to the back of their minds but this brings it back to the front again.

I expect a poll or two on that will be out Sunday or Monday.
