My Boss Lady finally talked me into going to her Homeopath so last Mon. the 12th I spent two hours with the person and left there not only with a little bit better understanding of the practice but also with a lot of stuff to take. Berberis Granules that I place 3 under my tonge every day for a week to help clean my Kidneys and Liver out. Vitamin C because I smoke and have no intentions of quitting.Even she admitted that for me to quit cold turkey after 54 years would more than like cause me problems. Magnesium for my muscle pains and cramps in my legs and two tonics one made from Juniper and the other Birch. I forgot what they are for. Anyway I'll give it the old college try and see what happens if anything. To be honest most of the time I go see my doc and he writes a prescription I throw it away. Hate taking medication. I'm hoping to stop taking the heart beat regulator and blood pressure meds soon. I alway know when my BP is up as my face gets red and I feel warm all over.
